Physiotherapist
My name is Agnieszka Bernat, and I am a physiotherapist from Poland with nine years of clinical experience.
I hold a master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Poznań University of Medical Sciences, with a special interest in orthopaedics. I have also completed postgraduate training in osteopathic manual therapy and PNF.
I work with patients recovering from injuries as well as those living with long-term conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
My approach combines hands-on manual therapy with personalised exercise programmes and physical therapies.
I am particularly interested in how physical therapies influence the body’s natural healing processes and help reduce pain and inflammation.
Most importantly, I believe in treating the root cause of a problem, not just the symptoms. My goal is to help every patient move better, feel better, and achieve lasting results.
I look forward to helping you on your journey to recovery.
