1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how PhysioB Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies, including browser storage, on physiob.co.uk. A necessary preference record remembers your privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are off by default.

- Privacy preferences (necessary): We save a versioned record in your browser's local storage so that the site remembers whether you allowed analytics and advertising measurement. It expires after 180 days, after which we ask again.
- Google reCAPTCHA (necessary security): The contact form uses reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and abuse. Google may receive technical information needed to provide that protection when the form is available or used. We load it from recaptcha.net, which Google recommends when a site wants to avoid other potential Google-domain cookies.
- Google Maps (website feature): The contact area includes an embedded map so visitors can find the clinic. Loading the map sends technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to Google. You can use the clinic address and directions link without submitting the contact form.
- Google Analytics (optional): If you enable Analytics, Google Analytics may use cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*and collect information about your device, pages viewed and site interactions. We use this information to understand and improve the website. - Google Ads measurement (optional): If you enable Advertising measurement, Google Ads measurement may process page and conversion events, advertising-click identifiers, IP address and device information to help us understand whether ads lead to enquiries. The related tag is loaded only when an Ads destination has been configured and you have enabled this category.
3. How optional measurement is controlled
We use Google's Basic Consent Mode. Before you allow an optional category, we do not load its Google measurement tag or send measurement requests to Google for that category. If you reject a category, its measurement tag remains blocked. Personalised advertising and remarketing based on activity on this site are always disabled.
Google Maps and reCAPTCHA are separate website features and are not controlled by the analytics and advertising-measurement choices.
4. Change or withdraw your choices
You can accept, reject or change either optional category at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer. Changing a choice applies to future collection. When Analytics is withdrawn, the site attempts to remove accessible Google measurement cookies; you can also remove stored cookies through your browser settings.
