Physio-Led Personal Training at PhysioB

At PhysioB, our Physio-Led Personal Training service transcends the traditional approach to body sculpting through exercise. We embrace holistic health coaching that begins by scrutinising your daily habits and identifying your strengths and weaknesses. Our goal is to uncover every beneficial life hack and seamlessly integrate them into your routine, ensuring that each step you take brings you closer to your goals. With us, it’s about recognising that every detail counts as you work towards new challenges.

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” – Albert Einstein

In today’s fast-paced world, finding equilibrium between work, home, hobbies, and other commitments is challenging. It’s all too easy to stray from our path. And many of our psychological issues stem from or lead to physical problems. The key to mental harmony often begins with our bodies. Nurturing the body paves the way to a healthy mind.

“Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional, and mental states.” – Carol Welch

At PhysioB, we meticulously tailor your training program with a focus on postural correction and optimising your body’s unique biomechanics. Regardless of the sports you engage in or the activities you wish to take part in, our personalised approach ensures that your physical conditioning is aligned with optimal health and a sense of wellbeing. Let us guide you through a transformation where movement becomes the pathway to physical and emotional balance.

“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” – George Bernard Shaw

Bring relevant medical documents and details of previous treatment. If you are unsure which session length to choose, ask before arranging a visit.

Jurate Laurinonyte

A true professional. Very happy to find him. My case was difficult, but after a month of treatments I could enjoy my long waited vacation! Great knowlegde and skills in different physiotherapy treatments, massage, exercises. Excellent communication. Very convenient location, just under 10min from the train station. Can recommend not only to those who are injured, but also who want to keep their fitness.

Andrea Miller

Bart is an excellent physiotherapist. He is an expert and is very good at explaining the root causes of conditions and what can be done to rectify them, taking a thorough, scientific approach. He uses many different techniques in his treatment, including physical training and technological treatments such as ultrasound. Bart is exceptionally good and intuitive at sports massage, it is incredible how he can find out so much about your condition and do so much to alleviate symptoms. Highly recommended.

Stanislaw Pstrokonski

Fantastic physio. Very knowledgeable and hardworking. You will have trouble finding a physio who knows half as much as Bartek about the human body. Goes straight to the root of the problem, where other physios I have tried tend to be more superficial.I saw a lot of improvement with him very quickly. Highly recommended.

David Franco

With just two sessions he has managed to alleviate the discomfort that I have had since the last marathon I did, I am in the process of returning to normal, it is a shame that I have to leave for another city, 100% recommended not only for his professionalism but also for his knowledge.

Karol Watroba

Absolutely the best physiotherapist in London. If 7 stars would be an option I would give him without question as 5 is not enough. Firstly released me from pain, then trained me for the pain to never come back.Physiotherapy with training is a permanent solution.

Chris G

PhysioB is the place to find an amazing combination of physiotherapy, fitness training, massage, electro-therapy, challenges and fun. I've never felt particularly comfortable in a gym but with Bart's help I've been able to sustain continuous training for nearly four years. Highly recommended for treatment and training.

Jess Capello Mathews

Bart has been instrumental in diagnosing my musculoskeletal issues - after 2 years of mutiple scans and specialists who couldn't work it out. Though issues are likely with me for life, Bart has gone above and beyond to help find a way to support and stregthen my body - highly recommend.
