PHYSIOTHERAPY
A physiotherapy session includes clinical assessment and individually selected treatment. Depending on the patient's presentation, treatment may include manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, ultrasound therapy or Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT).
The physiotherapist selects the most appropriate treatment approach based on clinical findings and treatment goals.

CLINICAL MASSAGE
Hands-on, treatment-focused massage tailored to the individual. Treatments may include sports massage, deep tissue massage, musculoskeletal (MSK) massage, lymphatic drainage massage, recovery massage and other clinically appropriate hands-on techniques.
This service is treatment-led rather than relaxation-focused and does not include spa-style additions such as hot stones.
