How we can help

Common reasons to get in touch

  • An injury interrupting your training
  • Difficulty with particular movements
  • Getting back to sport after injury

Another concern? Ask us whether we can help.

At PhysioB, we look at your symptoms, movement and daily activities to understand what may be contributing, then agree a plan with you.

  1. Initial assessment

We discuss your symptoms, assess movement and establish your goals.

  2. Custom treatment plan

Your assessment and everyday needs guide the approach we agree together.

  3. Progress tracking

We review how you are responding and adjust your plan when needed.

Your physiotherapy assessment

An injury can interrupt running, gym sessions or team sport. PhysioB offers assessment and rehabilitation for sports injuries, with physio-led personal training also available as part of the clinic's services.

Your assessment is the starting point for an individual plan. You do not need to choose a treatment yourself - we’ll discuss the options at your visit.

What to discuss at your assessment

  • How the injury happened and recent changes in training
  • Movements you can currently manage and those that cause difficulty
  • The demands of your sport and your return-to-activity goals
  • Previous injuries, treatment and any relevant medical reports
  • Questions about the assessment and your rehabilitation options

Before your appointment

What happens at the first visit?

You will discuss your symptoms, their history and your goals. Your physiotherapist will assess you and discuss a plan with you. Treatment is selected according to your individual circumstances.

What should I bring?

Bring relevant medical documents and details of previous treatment. If you are unsure which session length to choose, ask before arranging a visit.

How many visits will I need?

Your plan depends on the assessment, your goals and progress. The name of a condition alone does not determine a fixed number of visits.

The clinic will agree and confirm your appointment date and time with you.
